Terms of Service

1. The service

MundialPredict is a football prediction platform operated by Fira Software Ltd, registered in England and Wales. The platform allows you to predict scores for FIFA World Cup 2026 matches, compete on leaderboards, and create or join prediction pools.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; automated or duplicate accounts may be suspended.

3. Free and paid features

Creating an account and making predictions is free. Certain pool features (branded pools, increased player limits, managed setup) are available as paid services. Prices are displayed before purchase and processed via Stripe. All payments are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Predictions and scoring

Predictions must be submitted before the scheduled kick-off time for each match. Predictions lock automatically at kick-off. Points are awarded based on prediction accuracy using the scoring system described on the About page. We reserve the right to adjust scoring rules if necessary, with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit predictions or manipulate leaderboards.
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
• Post offensive, abusive, or misleading content in pool names or display names.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.

6. AI predictions

The platform displays AI-generated match probabilities as a reference tool. These are statistical estimates based on historical data and rankings, not guarantees. They should not be relied upon for gambling or financial decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The MundialPredict name, design, and code are owned by Fira Software Ltd. FIFA, World Cup, and related marks are the property of FIFA. MundialPredict is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA or any tournament organiser.

8. Limitation of liability

MundialPredict is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or inaccurate match data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, if any.

9. Refunds

Paid pool purchases are non-refundable once the pool has been created and an invite code issued. If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, you may request a full refund by emailing firasoftwareltd@gmail.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
